Tristan Velez was amazing with his customer service and explanation why he was at my home so late and I was not advised. But I was dealing with a major bathroom problem and I am very happy he explained him self and also why he was told to be at my home and he also showed his personal ID for safety for myself and my family that I had in my home at the moment! He was great and also explained the process and fixed the issue and I will not be charged that’s was amazing!! Thank you for your customer service keep up the great job and never be afraid to explain yourself and your company! You did amazing and you was very patient! And also for respect he was wearing bootys to not track dirt into my home! Thank you again! I am very satisfied with his hard work!

I cannot say enough good things about Dakota. He was personable, kind, thorough and stayed until we fixed the problem. There was no easy fix, and he did it all the right way… he even had my kids crawling under his feet. Great guy, even better service specialist. Would use this company again just to have service like his. Great job!

The Plumbing Nerds are the best plumbers in town. The plumber James Y. was fantastic he explained everything step by step, no hidden fees or “surprise costs”. He did a great job super friendly I highly recommend. I will continue to use them for all my Plumbing needs. Thanks Plumbing Nerds.

I called Plumbing, Cooling & Electrical Nerds due to an outdoor faucet that was dripping water. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that they were able to come out the very next morning.They had great communication letting you know who your technician would be and when they would arrive. My plumber was George. He was fantastic! He was very professional and informative, letting me know all the services they offer. I picked the best option for me and he went right to work. While working on one plumbing issue, another pipe had cracked. George went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done right so there would not be any complications in the future. I will definitely be using George and Plumbing, Cooling & Electrical Nerds again!!

Carlos Dominguez is the tech who impressed me today like I've never been impressed in 65 years of my life. He patiently and thoroughly explained the new HVAC products, their benefits, the pros and cons then worked non-stop for 6 hours installing them and servicing 2 complete units. Professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, humble and kind, he even got on hands and knees cleaning and wiping the floor! The Plumbing, Cooling, & Electrical Nerds are without a doubt the BEST company in SW Florida! This young man gives me great hope for America's young people as well, he is truly a rarity in todays world. I employ 77 people and if they were all like Carlos, I would never have a concern for my business again. Thank you Carlos and Thank you Nerds, you have my business for life!

We recently had a series of electrical issues. Most of those issues were making sure our building was up to code. Luis Colon was the lead electrician on all of the work. From upgrading minor things like outdated plugs to replacing the outdoor wiring that was ruined by a storm, to enlarging our fuse box, Luis was 'hands on' all the way. Luis was knowledgeable and polite. He explained what was needed and clearly answered any questions we had. He worked until the job was finished and approved by the city inspectors before leaving at night. Luis is certainly a huge asset for the 'Nerds'.
